1. Storage used on this site
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| dg_cookie_consent | Remembers your essential-only or analytics choice. | 180 days |
| _dg_sid | Short-lived random ID used with the page path for first-party visit counts. Created only after analytics consent. | 24 hours |
| Google / Meta identifiers | Measure visits, property interactions and successful enquiries when the relevant service is configured and you allow analytics. | Set by the provider; removable through Cookie settings or browser controls |
| dg_token / dg_user | Keeps an authenticated client or administrator signed in and displays account details. | Until logout or browser storage is cleared |
2. Optional measurement tools
DG Property's own page counts and any configured Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel tools load only after analytics permission. They may measure page views, property searches, listing views, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries. Form contact details, messages and raw search text are not included in these analytics events.
3. Third-party media
YouTube is contacted only if you choose to open an available property video. The privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com embed domain is used. The contact page loads an interactive Google Map, and the homepage retrieves DG Property's Instagram feed through Behold and loads its media. These providers may process technical data under their own privacy terms.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom-left of any page to choose again. Selecting essential-only removes the first-party analytics browser ID and attempts to remove Google and Meta measurement cookies for this domain. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings. Withdrawing permission does not affect processing that occurred while your earlier choice was active.
